Looking through bookmarks to find Blogger this morning, I realized I have hundreds of links to Make Bagels from Scratch, French Desserts, Croissants! It's not like I'll never see one of those Ever Again. I've just changed my focus to healthier eating and if I really want to lose weight and keep it off I have to be mindful. There's a pile of chocolate, even Skinny Chocolate on the kitchen counter and a box of Costco chocolate chip cookies. I know they're there but I don't *see* them when I'm near.
I've lost 9 lbs in 7 days. One of those days I didn't lose anything and that happens once in awhile. It may even happen 2 days in a week but it shouldn't happen 2 days in a row.
If you join me on this journey you will suddenly be impressed with your body and it's newfound abilities as a Furnace. When you step on the scale to see you've lost 2 pounds, 2 days in a row you will be nothing less than amazed. I remember this fondly, I've done it before and I know I will do it again.
