They claim you can lose 22 lbs in 28 days. I'm going to try it. 1/4 of my kitchen counter is full of supplements. The facebook group wouldn't add me even after I sent them a photo of the book. They were looking for a code that's in the front part of the book--where I skipped until this morning. The important thing about joining the FB group is that's where you can find the supplements and hopefully discounts.
My weight has stayed the same 184 for a week+ and I have zero patience with stalling. RFL doesn't seem too complicated, HIIT exercise will be new but at this point, I'll try anything.
