Well, I took yesterday off too. I was all over the place, not here at home eating like I'm supposed to. Most of yesterday I was tracking down parts for my car. Then I got the bright idea to straighten my old tie rod. Wally's Engine Shop did a really good job but it's not perfect.
Today I took a chisel and a wire brush to knock mud off the underside of my car. It didn't take long. There were 4 piles that added up to almost half a 5 gallon bucket of dirt. That was 83 years of built up mud.
I didn't lose any weight the last couple of days--but I didn't gain any!

I'm staying steady on a losing trend, but it's slow going. I'm ok with that. I have a better chance of keeping the weight off if I lose it slowly. I have the "Weight Gurus" app that links my digital scale to my Fitbit. It shows that I'm losing about 7 lbs a month. I'm still ok with that. I think I should hit my goal around February too. But at this rate, I will also be at my prime scuba-diving weight by early December. It's just a milestone I really want to achieve. I don't know if I'll actually be able to scuba-dive. I use that as my motivator.
